Africa seems to be the birthplace of innovative surgeries. After the world's first heart transplant back in 1967… the docs of Africa transplanted something yesterday which not only is necessary for living (like the heart) but also for making lives (and for making love too... Of course). They transplanted a penies in Cape Town. The patient is showing all the right symptoms and is now able to have children in the future.
