Bum chicky chicky bum

Today I was listening to a song from the Indian movie HUM. It was like "Bum chicky chicky bum, ek dusre se karte he in pyar hum"

I was wondering whats that meant, and suddenly it struck to me what it should(but apparently and rather actually doesn't) mean, "There's a woman behind every man, and there's a bum behind every woman (chick)
